CRAWFORDSVILLE, Ind. (AP) - Authorities are searching for two people missing in separate stretches of water following recent heavy rains in Indiana.

Crews returned to Sugar Creek in western Indiana on Monday morning to look for a man spotted floating by a restaurant in Crawfordsville while yelling for help. The Indiana Department of Natural Resources says the unidentified man was seen going underwater Sunday.

In southwestern Indiana along the border with Kentucky, the DNR says a boat carrying two men from Owensboro, Kentucky, was pulled into the Newburgh Dam on the Ohio River. They say one of the men was rescued from the dam and the other was missing.

And on Saturday night, authorities rescued a man in southwestern Indiana after flood waters swept his car off a rural road in Greene County.
